SuperFrozen - Fresher Than Fresh!

Frozen very rapidly to its eutectic point (EP) of -76°F (-60°C), through a highly technical process requiring extreme care in processing and speed of freezing, SuperFreezing preserves salmon purely and absolutely exactly as at the moment of freezing. SuperFreezing (cryogenic freezing) halts the natural decay that begins at death and is comparable in concept to the process in blood banks. SuperFrozen salmon actually revives to being just post-processed. Therefore, for you our customer, it is fresher than fresh salmon!


 


 

Raised in the pristine cold, clear water off the Shetland Islands, our salmon farmers grow this salmon to the rigorous standards needed to be sashimi grade.


 

Defrost Instructions

Remove salmon from package. Place in covered dish overnight in refrigerator.

*** Store in home freezer for up to 6 months. Eat within 24 hours of defrost.
